Bentonite clay based grease capable of withstanding very high te mperature and has
excellent resistance to water washout and oxidation.
Description
Fuchs Renogel BHT is produced using
bentonite clay as a thickening agent in place of
the normal metallic soap of conventional
greases. This clay matrix will not melt and the
upper working temperature is therefore limited
by the physical properties of the oil. This
grease can operate satisfactorily at
temperatures of 2300C with very frequent
republication.
Benefit
Fuchs Renogel BHT has excellent resistance
to oxidation and high resistance to water
washout.
Application
Fuchs Renogel BHT may be used in the steel,
cement, brick and chemical industry where
operating temperatures are above the limits for
conventional soap based greases.
Fuchs Renogel BHT can be used in the
lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearings in
high temperature applications such as hot gas
fans and blowers, cement kilns, mill roll
bearings, moulding presses, laundry and dry
cleaning equipment, etc. It is available in NLGI
No. 3.

The Fuchs Renolit FEP greases are
multipurpose extreme pressure lithium based
greases with EP additives. They also contain
special inhibitors to increase aging stability and
anticorrosion properties. Fuchs Renolit FEP
greases have a very high resistance to
mechanical loads, minimize wear under heavy
and shock load conditions and give excellent
protection against water washout and rusting.
Fuchs Renolit FEP greases are available in
NLGI consistencies of 0,1,2 & 3.

Gulf Crown EP series greases are multipurpose extreme pressure lithium soap based grease for use in a wide range of heavy duty on-road trucking and automotive applications as well as varied industrial applications. These are manufactured from highly refined base oils and performance additives to provide excellent wear protection, good structural stability, resistance to water washout and effective protection from corrosion. These greases are designed for the lubrication of rolling element and plain bearings such as those found in the steel, paper, mining, quarrying and construction industries. Gulf Crown EP greases are available in NLGI 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3.

PETRONAS Gris EPI is manufactured from high viscosity index premium quality base oils thickened with lithium soap. It is compounded with rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors and extreme pressure additives to provide extra protection against wear, rust, corrosion, water washout and high temperature oxidation.

Applications
PETRONAS Gris EPI greases are recommended for most types of industrial applications including heavy duty applications where high unit pressures or shock loads are present. They are suitable for rolling element bearings, plain bearings, gears and couplings. They provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion and resist water wash-out particular in applications where moist or wet conditions are common. The recommended operating temperature range is from -20 °C to 130 °C.

PETRONAS Gris EPI 0 and EPI 1 are soft greases with NLGI grades 0 and 1 respectively. They provide good low temperature pumpability and will not harden or seperate in centralized lubrication systems and other appliations where low temperature performance is required.

PETRONAS Gris EPI 2 is recommended for multi-purpose applications in anti-friction and plain bearings, bushings and pins under normal operating conditions.
